Adult Foster Care (AFC)
Our Adult Foster Care program provides personalized, in-home support for adults who need daily assistance with activities such as bathing, meals, and medication reminders. Clients live with a compassionate caregiver who offers comfort, safety, and companionship under the supervision of a registered nurse and care manager.
Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC)
Through Group Adult Foster Care, elderly and disabled adults can remain in their own homes while receiving daily help with personal care, meals, and housekeeping. A dedicated team—including nurses, care managers, and home health aides—ensures every member’s safety, independence, and quality of life.
