Office Administrative Positions

Our team is expanding and we’re seeking organized, motivated individuals to fill various administrative roles in our office. You will play a key role in supporting our mission, facilitating operations, and maintaining efficient communication channels within our team.

Home Health Aide

We’re in need of a dedicated Home Health Aide to assist our members with daily activities such as bathing, meal preparation, and medication reminders. If you have a passion for providing person-centered care and promoting independence, we would love to hear from you.

Care Manager

We’re looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing care that enhances the life quality of our members. This includes ensuring the implementation of care plans, liaising with healthcare providers, and offering daily support to our members.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

In this role, you will be working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to conduct assessments and re-evaluations of our members. You’ll contribute to the member’s care plan and work closely with our Home Health Aides to ensure they are adequately informed and prepared to assist our members.
